A 3-story home with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 terraces with beautiful views, a laundry room, and a garage.

First Floor:

Bedroom with a king-size bed and full bathroom

The dining room and living room are next to the kitchen and feature a fireplace, a small bar, a vanity, and a patio with a beautiful fountain.

Second Floor: 

Guest bedroom with a king-size bed / 2 twin beds + 1 full bathroom

Master bedroom with a king-size bed + 1 full bathroom 

Balcony and entrance to the first terrace with a sitting area that leads to the stairs to the second terrace, where you’ll find a spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon.

Guests will have access to the garage to park their car

Two times a week housekeeper and gardener

Our property manager will be available in case you need help with anything during your stay.

• Guest pays for gas. ONLY FOR LONG TERM STAYS OF MORE THAN 2 MONTHS.
• $2100 USD per month - Long term
• Water, Electricity included (with normal use, if there is excess the guest pays difference)
• Internet, cleaning and gardener included
